STAFF OF KPANDO MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY UNDERGO SMART WORKPLACE TRAINING

Kpando Municipal Assembly has successfully completed a comprehensive Smart Workplace training aimed at improving staff efficiency, digital communication, and collaboration within the Assembly.

The training was described as highly practical and educational, equipping staff with the skills needed to effectively use the Smart Workplace platform. Trainers from e-Solutions and OHLGS guided participants through the various modules and departmental roles to ensure a clear understanding of responsibilities. The exercise forms part of the government’s broader digital transformation agenda to enhance public service delivery and promote a more efficient, paperless workflow across all Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies. Staff expressed appreciation for the hands-on training, noting that it has strengthened their ability to perform their duties in line with modern administrative standards.
