Under the leadership of the municipal assembly staff, ably led by the Coordinating Director and supported by party representatives, a formal meeting was held with the chiefs to introduce Hon. Killian Donkor as the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Kpando.
Okpekpehuokpe Torgbuigah Dagadu VIII, who was present, urged the MCE to demonstrate his well-known diligence and work ethic to accelerate development within the municipality. He emphasized the importance of serving all residents, regardless of their background or location, and assured him of the chiefs’ willingness to collaborate toward this goal.
In his speech, Hon. Killian Donkor described himself as both a son and a servant of the municipality, pledging to rely on the wisdom and invaluable ideas of its people to foster unity and propel the municipality toward its former glory in all aspects of development.
