The minister of local government decentralization and rural development, Hon. Dan Kweku Botwe on Wednesday August 11 paid a courtesy call on the municipal chief executive of Kpando, Hon. Ernest Theophilus Quist at his office in Kpando.
The minister who was en route to Dambai in the Oti region made a brief stopover at Kpando to interact with the MCE.
He also addressed the staff and assembly members of the Kpma.
Hon. Dan Botwe charged the assembly to endeavour to bring governance closer to the people by the exercising of political and administrative authority in their catchment areas.
