MANAGEMENT OF KPANDO MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY HELD A STAFF DURBAR

The Municipal Coordinating Director (MCD), Gilbert Akaba thanked the staff for their hard work and commitment in the execution of their duties and encouraged them to keep it up. He however urged the staff to be more punctual in reporting for duty.

The Hon. Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Geoffrey Kodzo Badasu advised the staff to endeavor to better themselves in their career paths. He encouraged them to take extra academic courses to upgrade their knowledge base.

The Hon. MCE announced that The Volta River Authority (VRA), was giving out scholarships to brilliant but needy students, as part of its corporate social responsibilities, thus, the staff could take advantage and apply for further studies.

He also called on Heads of Departments and Units, and their direct reports to strive to create a harmonious work environment for psychological stability and better productivity.
