The Physical Planning Department of the Kpando Municipal Assembly is assisting in the design of a local plan for the Dzoanti community. This initiative follows a sensitization exercise conducted in November 2023, where the department educated residents on the opportunities and challenges involved in developing a local plan.
On August 24, 2024, the Dzoanti Clan formally initiated the process of obtaining a local plan. To begin, the clan mobilized both the elderly and the youth to undertake major road demarcations through farmlands, connecting the community with adjoining areas, including Dzoanti, Gbefi, and Agodzi.
The primary objective of this effort is to create a structured layout for all parcels of land, opening up the communities for investment and transformation.
