2ND ORDINARY MEETING OF THE 2ND SESSION OF THE 9TH ASSEMBLY OF THE KPANDO MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY

The Kpando Municipal Assembly convened its Second Ordinary Sitting of the Second Session of the Ninth General Assembly at the Assembly Hall on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. The meeting brought together Assembly Members, heads of departments, and other stakeholders to deliberate on and approve the 2026 Composite Budget, the Medium-Term Development Plan, and the 2026 Annual Action Plan.
In his opening remarks, the Hon. Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) warmly welcomed all Assembly Members to the sitting. The House observed a one-minute silence in honor of the late former First Lady of the Republic of Ghana, Her Excellency Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings.
The Hon. MCE expressed his appreciation to Members for their dedication and hard work toward the development of the Municipality. He urged them to remain focused on their mandate and to report all developmental challenges affecting their respective electoral areas to the Assembly for prompt action.
He concluded by wishing the House fruitful deliberations, emphasizing that their contributions should be directed toward advancing the growth and progress of the Municipality.
