STAFF DURBAR HELD BY KPANDO MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY

The Management of Kpando Municipal Assembly organized a staff durbar for personnel of the Assembly on Wednesday, 2nd July 2025. In attendance were staff on the Internally Generated Fund (IGF) and the Government of Ghana (GoG) payroll.  The event served as a platform for engagement, recognition, and motivation.

Hon. Killian Donkor, the Hon. Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), used the occasion to announce that the Assembly ranked third (3^rd) in the national Public Financial Management Compliance League Table. He encouraged the staff to participate actively in all activities of the Assembly and to hold one another accountable in their daily operations.

In appreciation of leadership and service, the Hon. MCE presented gifts to Heads of Departments and Units whose diligent efforts earned the Assembly such national honour.

As part of the durbar, staff members who had successfully earned their master’s degrees in their respective fields were recognized and congratulated with a handshake from the MCE and the Municipal Coordinating Director (MCD).
