The Kpando Business Resource Centre, under the Ghana Economic Transformation Project with support from GEA, KPMG, and the World Bank, held a 3-day business training for five high-growth SMEs. The program aimed to boost SME productivity, competitiveness, and job creation. Topics included taxation, financial management, marketing, IT in business, and business planning. Participants recommended making the program sustainable and expanding it to reach a broader youth audience. Eligible SMEs were invited to apply for funding post-training.
